The Job
  • Handle members’ inquiries and solve problem via incoming phone calls
  • Follow up and deal with members’ complaints
  • Provide flight information, fare quotations, travel planning etc
  • No selling and cold call
  • 5-day work week
  • 45 Working hours a week (On Shift)
Your Skills and Experience
  • Good Command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Good communication, listening and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of airline industry, product and services is an advantage
  • higher for good command of spoken Japanese
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as a Team Lead
  • Fresh Graduates will also be considered
  • Immediately available is an advantage
